PRE-INSPECTION- If you have any concerns over the condition of your house we can arrange for a Home Inspector to come out and review the property with you. This is beneficial for both the home seller (so we know what repairs need to be addressed) and the home buyer (as a piece of mind) which may help increase a final negotiated sales price!
PHOTOGRAPHY – Photography can make or break a listing! If a realtor shows up with their iPhone to take your home pictures you may want to rethink your decision in hiring them.
